Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser for Home Market as part of its Direct Store Delivery system. You will deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate products at customer accounts, stocking shelves and displays to company standards.

You will organize back rooms, keep equipment and product neatly presented, and build strong relationships with store personnel while ensuring safety and accuracy in daily counts.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include ability to obtain CDL permit and pass DOT physical.
• CDL license preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate product at customer accounts to standards.
• Maintain back room organization and stock displays.
• Ensure neat appearance of equipment and products in accounts.
• Foster strong relationships with account personnel and provide excellent service.
• Maintain safe working conditions and uphold quality standards.
• Accurately account for product, cash, and assets daily.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
