Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company Bottling Company is seeking a Driver Merchandiser who drives and delivers pre-ordered products to assigned accounts on specified routes. The position features a 4x10 schedule by day and 5x8 nights Monday to Friday.

The role emphasizes dependable delivery, merchandise rotation, invoice processing, customer service, and strict adherence to DOT regulations and company policies. CDL A and a clean MVR are required, with IL residents needing IL CDL.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience required.
• CDL Class A with both automatic and manual vehicle coverage; IL CDL required for Illinois residents.
• Experience using pallet jack preferred and ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers on assigned route, merchandises and rotates products per standards.
• Creates customer invoices, collects money due, and settles accounts daily.
• Provides excellent customer service and resolves issues with customers.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and company policies including DOT regulations.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
