Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is hiring a Delivery Merchandiser - Small Store Trainee CDL to deliver, rotate, and merchandise stock at retail outlets. You will work with the Sales Supervisor to enhance shelf presentation and customer relations in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must have a Class A CDL, be at least 21, and capable of lifting 50 lbs. English literacy and DOT compliance are required. The role includes training and potential career growth with the company.

Qualifications

• Must hold Class A CDL and maintain DOT compliance.
• Minimum 21 years old with ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Transport and unload products to retail outlets.
• Merchandise products inside outlets to company standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Set up displays and promotional materials.
• Communicate store issues to management.
• Ensure DOT driving rules are followed.
