Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser Relief to support the Direct Store Delivery team. You will deliver and unload products, stock coolers, and rotate items at customer locations on designated routes, ensuring displays are neat and compliant with company standards.

Ideal candidates have prior route/dsd exposure, are able to lift heavy items, and hold a valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Up to 12 months of work experience required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history for last 7 years.
• Commercial Driver's License (Class A CDL) required.
• Ability to pass DOT physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload products, stock displays and merchandisers.
• Maintain orderly stock rooms and neat equipment displays.
• Provide superior customer service and communicate issues to management.
• Operate CDL Class A vehicles and safety equipment per FMCSA guidelines.
• Record end-of-day cash, inventory, and security procedures.
