Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Trainee-DOT to join our team. The Trainee-DOT learns all aspects of a Route Delivery Driver role, including the safe operation of delivery vehicles and servicing accounts along a designated route.

Day-to-day responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, unloading, stocking shelves, collecting signatures, and communicating issues to store personnel. CDL/permit requirements and a strong customer‑service focus are essential for success.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of CDL driving experience preferred.
• Class A CDL required.
• Must pass a DOT physical prior to first day.
• Ability to obtain a CDL permit within 45 business days.
• Positive attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic math and calculations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Flexibility to work required hours.

Responsabilidades

• Pre/post-trip inspections on truck per DOT requirements.
• Safely drive a truck with GVW 26,000+ pounds.
• Safely unloads product and check-in procedures.
• Stock shelves, racks, and displays with proper rotation.
• Break down boxes and manage damages for credits.
• Obtain signatures, stamps, and invoices for end-of-day settlement.
• Communicate issues to store personnel and management.
• Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
