Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Trainee-DOT to join our distribution team in Harrisburg, NC. The role focuses on learning all facets of a Route Delivery Driver, including safe operation of the delivery vehicle, stocking, and merchandising at customer accounts.

As a Trainee-DOT, you will train on DOT requirements, complete pre/post-trip inspections, and work toward meeting PBV driving qualifications. A CDL-A and successful DOT physical are required to begin.

Qualifications

• CDL-A is required and must pass a DOT physical.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of Route Delivery Driver duties.
• Deliver, unload, and merchandise products to various accounts.
• Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and document issues.
