Job Description: CDL Driver at Nutrien Ag Solutions

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking CDL drivers for full-time and part-time positions throughout the Cornbelt Region. This is an excellent opportunity for both newly licensed and experienced drivers who are willing to load, unload, and engage with customers. Home every night!

Responsibilities:

• Drive company trucks to designated locations safely and accurately.
• Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
• Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
• Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
• Unload trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers at the facility, safely and efficiently, using forklifts or hand trucks.
• Understand and take proper precautions regarding the dangers and hazards of products.
• Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment through proper cleaning and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with applicable endorsements.
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Must meet minimum DOT age requirements.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Meet DOT and company requirements.
• Ability to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated pay ranges from $18-$21/hour, depending on location and experience. Benefits include paid sick days. Due to the temporary nature of this role, additional benefits, retirement, or paid time off are not included. The position is eligible for overtime and complies with all applicable laws.
