Job Description: Driver at Nutrien Ag Solutions

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking drivers for full-time and part-time positions across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. This role is suitable for both newly licensed and experienced drivers who are willing to load, unload, and engage with customers. Home nightly!

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive company trucks to designated locations safely and accurately.
  2. Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
  3. Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
  4. Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
  5. Unload trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers safely and efficiently using forklifts or hand trucks.
  6. Be aware of product hazards and take proper precautions.
  7. Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
  8. Maintain equipment through proper cleaning and maintenance.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Driving experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with applicable endorsements.
  • CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
  • Meet minimum DOT age requirements.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
  • Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
  • Meet DOT and company requirements.
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, depending on location and experience. Benefits include paid sick days; other benefits, retirement, and paid time off are not included due to the temporary nature of the role. Overtime may be available as required by law.
