Position Details

This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time CDL driver positions across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. This role is ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers willing to load, unload, and engage with customers. Home nightly!

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to deliver sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately.
• Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
• Pick up and deliver products to customers.
• Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
• Unload trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers using forklifts or hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Understand and adhere to safety precautions regarding product hazards.
• Perform responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment properly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and applicable endorsements.
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Meet minimum DOT age requirements.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Meet DOT and company requirements.
• Willing to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated pay range is $18-$21/hour, depending on location, experience, and other factors. Benefits include paid sick days; other benefits may not apply due to the temporary nature of the role. Overtime pay is available as per law. Nutrien complies with all applicable regulations regarding pay and benefits.
