Position Overview

This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time roles across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. It is ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers seeking work. A willingness to load, unload, and engage with customers is required. Home nightly!

Responsibilities

1. Drive company trucks safely and accurately to designated locations.
2. Maintain records as per company and government regulations.
3. Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
4. Assist with loading and unloading trailers with materials, including bulk chemicals and fertilizers, using forklifts or hand trucks.
5. Understand and take precautions regarding product hazards.
6. Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
7. Maintain and clean equipment.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with applicable endorsements.
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Meet minimum DOT age requirements.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Meet DOT and company requirements.
• Flexible to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary range is $18-$21/hour, based on location and experience. This role offers paid sick days but does not include other benefits, retirement, or paid time off due to its temporary nature. Overtime and applicable pay elements are provided as per law. Nutrien complies with all benefit and retirement regulations and considers internal equity in pay decisions.
