Position Overview

This is an open and ongoing posting for full-time and part-time driver positions across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. It is ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers seeking work. A willingness to load, unload, and engage with customers is required. You will be home every night!

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks safely and accurately to designated locations.
• Maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
• Pick up and deliver products to customers.
• Assist in loading trailers with materials.
• Unload trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers safely using forklifts or hand trucks.
• Be aware of product hazards and take proper precautions.
• Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and clean equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and applicable endorsements.
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Meet minimum DOT age requirements.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Meet DOT and company requirements.
• Willing to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary range is $18-$21/hour, based on location and experience. Benefits include paid sick days; however, due to the temporary nature of the role, it does not include other benefits or retirement programs. Overtime and applicable pay are provided as required by law. Nutrien complies with all relevant regulations regarding pay and benefits.
