Position Overview

This is an open, ongoing posting for full-time and part-time roles across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. It's ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers seeking work, with responsibilities including loading, unloading, and engaging with customers. Home nightly!

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks safely and accurately to designated locations.
• Maintain records as required by company and regulations.
• Deliver products to customers as needed.
• Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
• Unload or assist in unloading bulk chemicals and fertilizers safely using forklifts or hand trucks.
• Understand and take precautions regarding product hazards.
• Perform responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and clean equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and endorsements.
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Meet minimum DOT age requirements.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background checks.
• Meet DOT and company requirements.
• Willing to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary range is $18-$21/hour, depending on location and experience. Benefits include paid sick days; however, due to the temporary nature of this role, other benefits, retirement, or paid time off are not included. Overtime and applicable pay elements are provided as per law. Nutrien complies with all benefit and retirement regulations. Compensation may vary based on various factors, and internal pay equity is maintained.
