Position Overview

This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time positions across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. It’s an excellent opportunity for newly licensed or experienced drivers. A willingness to load, unload, and engage with customers is required. You will be home every night!

Responsibilities

1. Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately.
2. Maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
3. Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
4. Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
5. Unload trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers safely and efficiently using forklifts or hand trucks.
6. Understand and take proper precautions regarding product hazards.
7. Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
8. Maintain and clean equipment properly.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma.
2. Driving experience preferred.
3. Valid driver’s license and applicable endorsements.
4. CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
5. Meet minimum DOT age requirements.
6. Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
7. Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
8. Meet DOT and company requirements.
9. Able to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary range is $18-$21/hour, depending on location and experience. Benefits include paid sick days; however, due to the temporary nature of the role, it does not include other benefits, retirement, or paid time off. Overtime pay is available as required by law. Nutrien complies with all benefit and retirement regulations.
