Position Overview:

This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time Driver positions across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. Ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers willing to load, unload, and engage with customers. Home nightly!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive company trucks to designated locations safely and accurately.
2. Maintain records as required by company and regulations.
3. Pick up and deliver products to customers.
4. Assist with loading and unloading materials, including chemicals and fertilizers.
5. Follow safety procedures regarding product hazards.
6. Perform responsibilities safely and efficiently.
7. Maintain equipment and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with applicable endorsements.
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Meet minimum DOT age requirements.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background tests.
• Able to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated salary: $18-$21/hour (based on location and experience). Benefits include paid sick days; other benefits may not apply due to the temporary nature of the role. Overtime may be available as per law.
