Job Description

Primary Location: Idaho Falls, Idaho

Class A Delivery Driver: Drives truck over established routes to deliver products, complying with all federal and state regulations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Delivers beverage products to customers' businesses on highway, rural, and city streets.
• Works independently to complete all deliveries for assigned routes.
• Communicates issues and customer concerns to supervisors.
• Records sales, buy backs, deliveries, and variances daily.
• Uses computerized systems for inventory and invoicing.
• Operates hand trucks and electric pallet jacks.
• Handles pickup of empty containers and rejected merchandise.
• Supervises or assists with truck loading/unloading and load securing.
• Secures customer signatures for pickups/deliveries.
• Performs daily vehicle inspections and routine maintenance.
• Assembles display aids from POS materials.
• Wears company-provided uniform and safety equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A) and DOT medical card.
• Must meet company driver qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and solve problems involving concrete variables.

Physical and Work Environment

The role involves physical activity including lifting up to 140 pounds, operating vehicles, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. The noise level is usually loud, and safety protocols must be followed.
