Job Description

Primary Location:

Idaho Falls, Idaho

Class A Delivery Driver:

Drives truck over established route to deliver products, performing the following duties:

1. Delivers beverage products to customers' places of business on highway, rural, and city street conditions in compliance with federal and state regulations.
2. Works independently to deliver all products for assigned routes.
3. Effectively communicates issues and customer concerns to supervisor.
4. Records sales, buy back, delivery, and variance information on daily sales or delivery records.
5. Operates computerized inventory and invoicing systems to accurately record stops, deliveries, and errors.
6. Operates hand trucks and electric pallet jacks.
7. Collects or picks up empty containers or rejected/unsold merchandise.
8. Supervises or participates in truck loading and unloading, securing loads.
9. Obtains customer signatures on receipts for pickups or deliveries.
10. Performs daily inspections and routine maintenance on trucks, maintains clean vehicles.
11. Constructs or assembles display aids from POS materials.
12. Wears company-provided uniforms and safety equipment.
13. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training; or equivalent.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Commercial Driver's License, Class A; DOT medical card; meet company driver qualifications.

Communication Skills:

Ability to read and understand simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence; ability to write simple correspondence.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to perform basic and business math functions.

Reasoning Skills:

Ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions; solve problems involving concrete variables.

Physical Demands:
