Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's policies and programs
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Listens and responds to questions, guiding customers through projects
• Communicates product and warranty information to customers
• Coordinates delivery with customers and truck driver
• Plans delivery activities and loads merchandise for on-time delivery
• Inspects products before loading and matches items to invoices
• Ensures loads are safe and within DOT regulations
• Unloads, installs, and tests appliances on delivery
• Maintains vehicle inspections and DOT compliance
• Detects security risks and reports them to management
