Qualifications

• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service according to Lowe's policies and programs.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists with locating, demonstrating, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Listens to customer questions and explains product features, warranties and delivery details.
• Communicates delivery information and coordinates with truck driver to contact customers.
• Plans delivery activities, loads merchandise, and delivers orders on schedule.
• Inspects products before loading and ensures loads are safe and compliant with DOT regulations.
• Maintains safe, clean store and loading areas and completes DOT reporting as required.
