Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Class A CDL Driver for cross-dock operations. You will deliver products from the distribution center to sales centers as part of a non-touch freight role.

Responsibilities include pre- and post-trip inspections, driving between centers, forklift operation, and assisting with loading/unloading. A strong safety mindset and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years old.
• Class A CDL required and comply with fleet policy.
• Ability to obtain Doubles Endorsement within 30–45 days of hire date.
• PPE required and safety policies followed.
• Regular and prompt attendance is essential.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Neat professional appearance per company guidelines.
• Ability to maintain safety and security of company assets.
• Ability to utilize all company resources and technology.
• High school diploma or GED or 12 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Drive tractor trailers between sales centers.
• Operate a forklift.
• Assist Warehouse with loading and unloading of trucks.
