Sterling Crane LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a CDL Crane Operator for its San Antonio/Pleasanton, TX branch. You will safely operate cranes, inspect conditions, and maintain records to align with company procedures and customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience with rough terrain cranes, carry decks, crawlers, and mobile cranes.
• Must have Class A CDL.
• Pass post-offer drug and physical screens and meet background requirements.
• Flexible to work overtime when necessary.
• Maintain NCCCO Crane Operators License for qualified equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and instructions.
• Good verbal and written communication to understand safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of machinery safely per procedures and guidelines.
• Inspect ground conditions and overhead obstructions.
• Maintain equipment through daily inspections and routine maintenance.
• Maintain logs and records of operations.
• Maintain clear communications with ground operators and follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
