Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a professional delivery driver to operate straight or pup trucks and deliver products safely according to the supervisor’s route schedule.

The role emphasizes high standards of customer service, accurate paperwork, and adherence to DOT rules. Training and daily collaboration with drivers and supervisors support reliable deliveries across assigned routes.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT procedures and requirements.
• Strong math skills for load calculations and measurements.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight or pup truck per DOT and DFA policies.
• Deliver pre-ordered or unscheduled products to customers per route schedule.
• Follow routes, report delays due to road conditions or breakdowns.
• Load/unload as required; stock, rotate, and/or order products.
• Complete daily paperwork: delivery tickets, logs, and service reports.
• Ensure vehicle is maintained and loads are secured for travel.
