Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a route delivery driver to operate a straight or pup truck, delivering products to schools, grocery stores, and other customers according to a set schedule.

You will maintain safety standards, complete required paperwork, and provide excellent customer service to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to DFA policies. This full-time role emphasizes accuracy, punctuality, and teamwork across the distribution network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of experience driving a straight truck or pup truck in the last 5 years preferred.
• Must meet DOT requirements and DFA policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT and DFA rules.
• Deliver pre-ordered or special orders to customers on route as scheduled.
• Follow designated routes and report delays due to road conditions or breakdowns.
• Load and unload product at stops using appropriate equipment and stock as needed.
• Collect empty cases and provide merchandising support as required.
• Complete daily paperwork including delivery tickets, pre/post trip inspections, and logs.
