Richards Building Supply Co. in Jackson, MI is hiring a CDL Class B Driver to join our delivery team. You will deliver building materials to job sites, unload as requested, and help with warehouse receiving and stock management.

The role requires a valid CDL Class B license with Air Brake Endorsement, clean driving record, and a willingness to train on flatbed, moffett, knuckleboom, and crane equipment. OT opportunities on Saturdays are available.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B license required.
• 1 year CDL B driving experience or 2 years CDL A driving experience.
• Flatbed and moffett operating experience desired, but training available.
• Knuckleboom and crane experience desired, but training available.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Heavy lifting experience.
• Background check and pre-employment DOT drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to job sites safely and unload per customer request.
• Receive materials in warehouse and load trucks.
• Process inventory and maintain records.
• Ensure weight limits and DOT compliance during deliveries.
• Maintain safe driving practices.
