Job summary

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license with a Medical Card.
• Three years driving experience preferred.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned and/or leased trucks.
• Complete all required reporting.
• Maintain certifications required by DOT, OSHA and company safety programs.
• Inspect truck before and after trips; request repairs as needed.
• Read bill of lading to determine assignments.
• Secure trailer during transit.
• Assist with loading or unloading as needed.
• Fuel and service trucks; monitor fluids.
• Follow traffic laws and accident procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
