Job summary

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license with Medical Card.
• Three years of driving experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned and/or leased trucks.
• Complete required reporting.
• Maintain certifications per DOT, OSHA and safety programs.
• Keep company property in excellent condition.
• Inspect truck before/after trips; request repairs as needed.
• Read bill of lading to determine assignments.
• Secure trailer during transit.
• Assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• Service truck with oil, fuel and other fluids.
• Follow traffic laws and accident procedures.
