Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for local delivery in Enfield, CT. You will operate a commercial vehicle safely, deliver products to customers, and conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections. You will also use PIT/MHE equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks.

Applicants should be at least 21 with 1+ year CDL A experience (or equivalent military driving). The role requires lifting up to 170 lbs; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ year CDL Class A driving experience or equivalent military driving experience.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL Class A vehicle safely for local deliveries.
• Unload and deliver products to local customers; perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Operate PIT/MHE equipment such as electric pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work any shift, weekends, OT, Holidays

Position responsibilities:

• The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers.

• The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle

• The CDL Class A Driver will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such asan electric pallet jack and/or hand truck

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Have at least 1 plus year CDL Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
