Qualifications

• A valid CDL Class A license with limited moving violations.
• Minimum 3 years over-the-road or local driving experience.
• Must meet all licensure requirements and onboarding criteria.
• Ability to communicate effectively with trainees and staff.
• Completion of required onboarding and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate assigned driving operations for students on a regular basis.
• Oversee the safe operation and use of equipment during training.
• Supervise trainees and complete attendance forms and training records.
• Provide in-person daily instruction in Full Pre-Trip Inspection, Basic Control Skills and Road Driving.
