Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 21+ for interstate routes (18+ for intrastate where applicable).
• Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years with clean record.
• Able to pass background check, DOT pre-employment drug screen, and FMCSA Clearinghouse query.
• Willingness to sign Trulite training service agreement.

Responsibilities

• Complete the four-phase Driver Trainee program: application, CDL training, apprenticeship, and full driver status.
• Perform local deliveries once fully licensed, operating a Class A tractor-trailer with supervision as assigned.
• Adhere to DOT, safety, and company policies during training and on-the-road duties.
• Represent Trulite professionally, maintaining a safe driving record and compliance.
