Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions in Phoenix invites you to join its Driver Trainee Program. No CDL or trucking experience is required; you'll progress through a four-phase path from application to full driver status, with guided ride-alongs and local routes.

The company covers 100% CDL Class A training at an approved school, offers paid training, and a total compensation post-licensure rate of $24.42/hour, plus quarterly safety bonuses and a performance-driven incentive program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 21+ for interstate routes (18+ intrastate).
• Valid driver's license held 3+ years with a clean record.
• Pass background check, DOT pre-employment drug screen, and FMCSA Clearinghouse.
• Willing to sign the Trulite training service agreement.

Responsibilities

• Complete four-phase Driver Trainee program from Application to Full Driver status.
• CDL Training at an approved partner driving school.
• Driver Apprenticeship with supervised ride-alongs and local routes.
• Deliver glass and aluminum products as a licensed Class A driver.
