Job summary

Roadway Moving Inc. is hiring CDL Class A and B drivers across five markets, with local and long-haul routes. All routes are from warehouse to warehouse, with no touch freight and no customer interaction required.

We offer competitive pay for CDL Class A dedicated long haul and West Coast regional, ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 annually, plus a $2,500 referral bonus. Actual pay varies by route, market, license class, and driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license required.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience in the class held.
• Clean MVR and a safe driving record.
• Current DOT medical card and ability to meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening including DOT drug/alcohol testing.
• Air brake endorsement; doubles/triples, tankers and HazMat are a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• OTR or regional experience preferred for Class A routes.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer or Class B straight truck between Roadway warehouses and terminals.
• Haul no-touch freight on assigned dedicated and regional lanes.
• Complete routes safely and on schedule.
• Perform DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain trip logs, ELD entries, bills of lading, and DOT docs.
• Coordinate with dispatch on route progress and delays.
• Adhere to FMCSA hours of service and Roadway safety procedures.
• Maintain safe, courteous, and professional driving practices.
