Job summary

Roadway Moving Inc. is seeking CDL Class A and Class B drivers across five markets with local and long-haul routes. All routes are warehouse-to-warehouse, no-touch freight, and no residential deliveries or customer interaction.

You will operate a Class A tractor-trailer or Class B straight truck, comply with FMCSA hours, complete logs and DOT paperwork, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries. A $2,500 referral bonus program is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Clean MVR and a safe driving record.
• Current DOT medical card and the ability to meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Air brake endorsement preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• OTR, regional or long-distance experience preferred for Class A routes.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor trailer or Class B straight truck between Roadway warehouse and terminal locations.
• Haul no touch freight on assigned dedicated and regional lanes.
• Complete assigned routes safely and on schedule.
• Perform DOT pre trip and post trip vehicle inspections.
• Complete trip logs, ELD entries, bills of lading and required DOT documentation.
• Stay in contact with dispatch on route progress, delays and issues.
• Follow FMCSA hours of service rules and Roadway safety procedures.
• Maintain safe, courteous and professional driving practices at all times.
