Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A Driver (LTL) to operate a tractor-trailer or straight truck and deliver palletized freight while picking up shipments. The role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime expected weekly.

Pay ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour based on experience, with overtime paid time-and-a-half after 40 hours. DOT compliance and safety duties are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a manual transmission.
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain a doubles/triples endorsement.
• Must possess good customer service and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently and make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Pre-trip inspection before driving.
• Turn in pre-trip forms and maintain mileage/maintenance records.
• Deliver palletized freight to customers and pick up shipments.
• Verify load-related documentation for accuracy.
