Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking CDL Class A Drivers to operate tractor-trailers or straight trucks for next-day delivery of palletized freight. The role includes pre-trip inspections, timely delivery and pickup, and maintaining DOT compliance.

Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour with overtime at time and a half after 40 hours, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Regular hours are Monday–Friday with 10–15 hours of overtime weekly.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a manual transmission.
• Doubles/triples endorsement required or ability to obtain.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness.
• Deliver palletized freight and pick up shipments in a timely manner.
• Verify load-related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain DOT safety certifications and company policies.
