Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service is seeking a Support CDL Driver to fill in on open routes and support daily delivery operations in Fergus Falls, MN. The role requires flexibility to cover varying routes while maintaining safety, service, and delivery standards.

Starting pay ranges from $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, with 10–15 hours of overtime weekly and OT paid at time and a half after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a manual transmission.
• Doubles/triples endorsement required or ability to obtain.
• Good customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cover open, vacant or unassigned route based on business needs.
• Assist drivers with daily morning duties such as sorting freight and loading trucks.
• Deliver and pick up freight from customers and shippers in a timely manner.
• Inspect and report mechanical problems with the vehicle.
• Collect payments as needed and verify pickups on shipping papers.
• Notify management of problems or discrepancies and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Participate in weekly meetings and communicate goals and assignments.
• Travel may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
