Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver for its Private Fleet. The role features regional/local routes with home daily availability, a quarterly safety bonus, and a sign-on bonus up to $3,500. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

The driver will be responsible for safe, timely deliveries, maintaining logs, and providing excellent customer service to clients. You’ll operate with minimal micromanagement and support a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• At least 23 years old.
• Minimum 1 year on the road experience.
• Willingness to move freight up to 55 pounds.
• Valid Medical card with at least 90 days until expiration.
• No more than 1 DOT recordable accident in last 3 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years.
• No DUIs in last 5 years.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Pilot daily routes with focus on safety and on-time delivery.
• Operate as the driver in charge of scheduling and routing.
• Maintain and manage all required company paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery points.

Typical Day

No micromanaging here! Most of the day you will be in your vehicle, driving, scheduling, routing and managing your daily activities, acting as your own boss.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable motor vehicle record.

• No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years

• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
• A Hazardous Materials Endorsement on CDL is preferred but not required.
• Maintains all required company paperwork.
• Follows all State & Federal regulations per Department of Transportation standards.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English
• Must be able to comply with all established rules and policies (safety, production, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work any shift and work time as needed.
• Must be able to maintain an acceptable attendance record.

Pay Range

The range is $27.67 - $31.50 per hour. Exact salary offered will depend on candidate's experience, work location, skills, etc.
