Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver for our private fleet in California. You will be responsible for safe, timely deliveries, planning routes, and staying compliant with DOT regulations. Expect a competitive package with a sign-on bonus and a quarterly safety bonus.

We value reliability, strong customer service, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating with dispatch and the broader team.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL as required for local/ regional routes.
• Minimum 1 year of over-the-road driving experience.
• Strong customer service skills and professional conduct.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned Class A tractor-trailer to deliver goods.
• Plan and follow schedules, routing, and daily activities.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Work with a supportive team and maintain safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• At least 23 years old
• Minimum 1-year on the road experience
• Willingness to move freight up to 55 pounds
• Valid Medical card with at least 90 days until expiration
• No More than 1 DOT recordable accident in last 3 years
• No More than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
• No DUIs in last 5 years
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
• A Hazardous Materials Endorsement on CDL is preferred but not required.
• Maintains all required company paperwork.
• Follows all State & Federal regulations per Department of Transportation standards.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English
• Must be able to comply with all established rules and policies (safety, production, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work any shift and work time as needed.
• Must be able to maintain an acceptable attendance record.
