Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver for our private fleet. You will handle regional/local routes, be home daily, and focus on safe, timely deliveries to customers. Expect competitive pay, overtime after 40 hours, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision, 401(k).

Sign-on bonus up to $3,500 and a quarterly safety bonus available. Must have a valid Class A CDL, be at least 23, with 1+ year of road experience and a clean DMV record.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• At least 23 years old.
• Minimum 1-year on the road experience.
• Willingness to move freight up to 55 pounds.
• Valid Medical card with at least 90 days until expiration.
• No More than 1 DOT recordable accident in last 3 years.
• No More than 3 moving violations in last 3 years.
• No DUIs in last 5 years.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Hazardous Materials Endorsement on CDL is preferred but not required.
• Maintains all required company paperwork.
• Follows all State & Federal regulations per Department of Transportation standards.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English
• Must be able to comply with all established rules and policies (safety, production, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work any shift and work time as needed.
• Must be able to maintain an acceptable attendance record.
