Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver for our private fleet in New Jersey. You will be the final link in our customer service chain, delivering on time and safely to customers along regional/local routes, mostly home daily.

This role offers competitive pay between $25 and $31 per hour, a driver-friendly safety bonus program, sign-on bonus up to $3,500, paid vacation and holidays, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• At least 23 years old.
• Minimum 1-year on-the-road experience.
• Willingness to move freight up to 55 pounds.
• Valid Medical card with at least 90 days until expiration.
• No More than 1 DOT recordable accident in last 3 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years.
• No DUIs in last 5 years.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
• A Hazardous Materials Endorsement on CDL is preferred but not required.
• Maintains all required company paperwork.
• Follows all State & Federal regulations per Department of Transportation standards.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
• Must be able to comply with all established rules and policies (safety, production, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work any shift and work time as needed.
• Must be able to maintain an acceptable attendance record.

Salary

The range is $25 – $31 per hour. Exact hourly rate offered will depend on candidate’s experience, work location, skills, etc.
