Job summary

Northwest Respiratory Services is hiring a CDL Medical Equipment Delivery Driver in Great Falls, MT. You will deliver respiratory equipment, educate patients at their homes on proper use, and document interactions for compliance and billing.

Be the friendly face of the company while ensuring safety and patient satisfaction. Qualified candidates have a current CDL; tanker and hazmat endorsements are preferred and can be obtained with company help.

Qualifications

• Current Commercial Driver's license (CDL)
• Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred but we can help you obtain them
• Acceptable criminal background check and motor vehicle record check
• Pass a mandated drug test, a physical capability test, and DOT Physical
• Ability to lift, pull, push and carry heavy equipment daily
• Desire to work with the public and help others obtain a better quality of life
• Dedication to our mission with compassion, integrity and care

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries in a straight truck or van up to 16 feet
• Deliver and educate on safe use and care of respiratory equipment at patients' homes
• Document patient interactions for compliance and billing accuracy
• Resolve patient equipment problems on an as-needed basis

Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a CDL Medical Equipment Delivery Driver to join our team. This person is the face of the company for our customers, providing empathetic and highly accurate communication in support of their health and quality of life. You will educate patients on the use of their equipment, troubleshoot issues, check-in with patients to ensure proper and safe use of their equipment, and build trust with our customers through regular face-to-face interactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Make deliveries in a straight truck or van, up to 16 feet in length
• Deliver and educate on safe use and care of respiratory equipment at each patient's residence.
• Document patient interactions for compliance and billing accuracy
• Resolve patient equipment problems on an as needed basis
