Job summary

Northwest Respiratory Services in Minnesota seeks a Medical Equipment Delivery Driver who will be the face of the company at patients’ homes. You will deliver equipment, educate patients on safe use, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions for compliance.

Local routes keep you home nightly; overtime and on-call with premium pay are available. A Class C CDL is required; Tanker and Hazmat endorsements are preferred and support is provided to obtain them.

Qualifications

• Current state issued driver’s license.
• Class C CDL required; Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred (assistance to obtain).
• Ability to lift, push, pull heavy equipment up to 165 lbs.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Pass a drug test, medical exam, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver equipment in a straight truck or van (up to 16 ft).
• Educate patients on safe use and care of respiratory equipment at their home.
• Document patient interactions for compliance and billing accuracy.
• Resolve equipment problems as needed.
• Build trust through regular face-to-face interactions with customers.

This person is the face of the company for our customers, providing empathetic and highly accurate communication in support of their health and quality of life.
