Job summary

MTM Transit is seeking a Driver in Mojave, CA to provide safe, reliable trolley operation in partnership with Kern Transit. You will ensure courteous service, assist with passenger loading, and follow client and company procedures. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available; starting pay is $19.89/hour, with increased pay after training.

Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma, 21+, a valid U.S. driver's license, and a California Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21 years or older.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license for past 5 years and California Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading.
• Ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off.
• Maintain safety and courtesy to customers and clients.
• Complete vehicle inspections and required paperwork.
