Job summary

The YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta is seeking a CDL bus driver to provide safe transportation to and from program sites, while maintaining a positive atmosphere that welcomes all individuals.

Responsibilities include attendance, coordination with directors, and adherence to YMCA and licensing guidelines. Must complete required trainings and hold CPR certification, with hours 7:00am–7:00pm, Monday to Friday. Employment includes benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Commercial Driver License (CDL).
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a criminal background check, BFTS fingerprinting, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Take daily attendance at the start of the program and during each transition.
• Coordinate supply requests with directors.
• Establish open lines of communication with branch staff and school staff.
• Assist in planning and implementing the program according to YMCA and licensing guidelines.
• Promote, monitor, evaluate and ensure that all Out of School programs run smoothly with a high level of service to participants.
