Job summary

Alamo National is hiring a Full Time CDL Bus Driver at Palm Beach International Airport in West Palm Beach, FL. You will transport customers to and from the rental facility safely and efficiently, while communicating with other bus operators to maintain top service standards.

Qualifications include Florida CDL with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements, 1 year bus driving experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and the right to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CDL with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements.
• No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in past 5 years.
• Minimum 1 year bus driving experience with CDL transporting passengers.
• Must have customer service experience.
• Able to perform manual labor (lifting/bending).
• Must lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must complete pre-employment DOT physical exam and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service including greeting and directions.
• Ensure safe, clean, and comfortable transportation.
• Maintain bus mechanical soundness and schedule maintenance.
• Observe traffic regulations and use defensive driving.
• Assist passengers on/off and manage luggage as needed.
• Operate radio professionally to communicate status.
• Inspect bus and report hazards to management.
• Follow route and bus spacing as required.
