ES Foundry Corp in Greenwood, SC is seeking a CDL Bus Driver to transport passengers on scheduled routes and trips. You will ensure safety, follow traffic laws, and provide a positive rider experience.

The role requires a valid CDL with a Passenger endorsement, strong customer service, and the ability to work a rotating 3-hour morning and 3-hour evening schedule seven days a week, with weekend availability. Training provided.

The CDL Bus Driver operates a passenger bus to transport passengers along assigned routes or for scheduled trips. The driver ensures passenger safety, adheres to traffic laws, and provides a positive rider experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a passenger bus in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations on schedule
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting when necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle interior
• Follow assigned routes or adjust routes as directed
• Handle unexpected situations such as traffic delays or passenger concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
• Flexible schedule is required over and above fix morning and evening routines, for example a scheduled trip to a market or grocery store
• The shift schedule is 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening. The bus runs 7 days per week rotating drivers as need be

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
