Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver – CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt, courteous waste removal services to customers. You will ensure vehicle compliance with safety standards, perform daily vehicle condition reports, and adhere to all regulations while on route.

You will routinely inspect the vehicle, service designated routes, load waste, and maintain documentation such as route sheets and VCRs.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy truck along designated route and service each customer.
• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle.
• Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and tag containers as required.
• Maintain adherence to productivity standards and safety policies.
