Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver - CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck along assigned routes in the United States. You will ensure the vehicle meets safety standards and complete daily vehicle condition reports.

You will interact with customers, follow route sheets, and document route productivity while upholding safety policies. This role requires a valid CDL-B with air brakes and a commitment to reliable service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement.
• Ability to perform and document pre/post-trip inspections.
• Excellent customer service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections.
• Safely operate heavy truck on designated routes and service customers.
• Load refuse and operate compactor per safety policies.
• Interact with customers and dispatchers professionally.
• Complete route/productivity sheets and VCRs as required.
• Maintain adherence to safety policies and ReSOP program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
