We’re looking for a dependable, motivated CDL B Truck Driver to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the accurate, timely, and safe transportation of materials while supporting warehouse operations. As a representative of Trinity Surfaces, you will deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment within the warehouse.
2. Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with team members and customers.
3. Represent Trinity Surfaces professionally during customer interactions.
4. Deliver materials safely, accurately, and on time to dealers, clients, job sites, and other locations.
5. Understand the delivery process, including logistics, vehicle safety, route management, and inventory checks.
6. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine maintenance, and submit expenses timely.
7. Assist with transferring materials between warehouse locations accurately and promptly.
8. Coordinate delivery logistics and optimize routes for efficiency.
9. Document all pickups, deliveries, and transfers accurately, including signatures and QC checks.
10. Learn warehouse operations and procedures proactively.
11. Seek cross-training opportunities to become proficient in multiple warehouse roles.
12. Follow safety protocols, participate in safety training, and conduct daily safety checks.
13. Utilize warehouse technologies to improve operations.
14. Suggest process improvements aligned with company goals.
15. Maintain organized inventory and assist in removing outdated or damaged materials.
16. Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely.
17. Secure outbound materials to ensure product integrity during transport.

Skills:
