Job summary

Street Sweeper (CDL-B) – Full-Time position in St. Peters, MO, on the 3rd shift. You’ll operate a street sweeper, own assigned routes, and use specialized equipment while keeping streets clean and safe.

Pay starts at $32.90/hour with a raise to $33.90/hour after a 60-day probation. Travel is minimal (1–10%). SCA emphasizes safety with full training and strong benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 1 year DOT driving experience; waste & recycling preferred.
• License: CDL-B and DOT Medical Card.
• Endorsements: Tanker endorsement strongly preferred.
• Age: 21+.
• Background checks: Pass MVR, background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Route execution and on-time completion with quality.
• Pre- and post-trip inspections and safe equipment operation.
• Operate equipment, follow traffic and site protocols.
• Report issues and maintain required logs.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and teammates.
• Maintain dependable attendance and adapt to changes.
