Street Sweeper (CDL-B) – Full-Time position in St. Peters, MO, on the 3rd shift. You’ll operate a street sweeper, own assigned routes, and use specialized equipment while keeping streets clean and safe.

Pay starts at $32.90/hour with a raise to $33.90/hour after a 60-day probation. Travel is minimal (1–10%). SCA emphasizes safety with full training and strong benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year DOT driving experience; waste & recycling preferred.
• License: CDL-B and DOT Medical Card.

• Route Execution: Review routes in advance, ask clarifying questions as needed, and complete assigned work on time with attention to quality.
• Safety & Inspections: Complete required pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is safe and operational before starting work.
• Equipment & Material Handling: Operate equipment safely and efficiently, follow traffic laws and site protocols, and handle materials according to disposal and safety procedures.
• Reporting & Documentation: Immediately report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns and accurately complete required logs and paperwork.
• Professional Communication: Represent the Company professionally and communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.
• Adaptability & Reliability: Respond effectively to changing conditions, solve problems as they arise, and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
