Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America is seeking a Street Sweeper (CDL B) in San Antonio, TX. This full-time role offers $19-$20 per hour with a first pay increase after 6 months and minimal travel.

You'll operate a street sweeper, perform safety inspections, and help keep streets clean and safe for the community. Flexible hours and reliable attendance are essential to meet route demands and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 1 year DOT driving experience – waste & recycling preferred.
• License: CDL-B & DOT Medical Card.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Compliance: MVR/background check and drug screening as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Drive street sweeper and operate equipment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complete logs and forms accurately.
• Maintain safety and quality on assigned routes.
• Communicate with supervisors and clients as needed.
